    Hi there,
    since the newest update from today I can’t see any categories on the knowledgebase main page any more. I tried to wipe and reinstall the plugin but still no categories.

    Can anyone help?

    Are your categories still there in the backend?
    Also, can you visit the WP Knowledgebase settings area and re-save those?

    Hi,

    Thank you for your reply. I wiped everything and created a new test category and a new test article. So, yes there are categories and articles available. I’ve tried to re-save the settings a few times with no effect.

    Please could you post a link to your knowledgebase page so I can see?

    Can you also please check that page has the shortcode on it and correct template set?
