• I use a custom Knowledgebase Slug called ‘Ajuda’ in Settings.

The plugin creates a new Page called ‘Knowledgebase’ with slug ‘Knowledgebase’ with this shortcode [kbe_knowledgebase], so I have changed only the title and slug of this page with ‘Ajuda’.
    URL: https:// mydomain/ajuda/

All works fine except if I made any change in Settings and Save it, the slug ‘Ajuda’ from page has deleted.
    URL: https:// mydomain/[no_slug_here]/

Ok try going to the Page and making sure the permalink matches (ie ttp:// mydomain/ajuda/) Save, and also resave permalink structure as that might help. Let me know if that solves it.

+ Please tell me what your permalink structure is set to in Settings > Permalinks

+ Please tell me what your Base Slug is set to in WP Knowledgebase > Settings

+ Please take a screenshot of the Page where that contains the knowledgebase so I can see the Page title, and permalink that is set in the backend.

    Thanks

What happens if you change the permalink structure to just %postname%
And remove the Category and Tag base (below that setting)

I have the same problem except I am using the default slug ‘knowledgebase’. The problem seems to occur when I activate another plugin called ‘Ultimate WP Query Search Filter’ then the knowledgebase slug disappears and I have to re-enter it.

Thanks @sd1 you could be onto something!

@js100 can you deactivate other plugins and see if this resolves the WP Knowledgebase issue?

js100 can you clarify? I did a quick double check and see rewrite rules being flushed perfectly fine in all relevant places of this plugin. Did you spot something I’ve missed? Can you specify file and line please so I can check it?
