• I’m seeing that I’m not alone in this issue.

Here is the information you required of previous posters, including turning off all plugins (except yours) and activating the basic WordPress theme to ensure no conflicts.

My settings are correct and I’ve saved my Permalinks a number of times. I’ve even gone ‘nuclear’ and wiped all articles and the plugin off and reinstalled before I came to this forum. So, I’ve done that as well.

My knowledgebase is on my site at:
    https://www.websbyamy.com/2017/knowledgebase/

Here is a screenshot to the settings:

Proof I created articles and Categories:

I went ahead and activated the WordPress “2016” theme and turned off all plugins. Here is the screenshot with the 2016 theme activated/no plugins except yours:

And as I mentioned above, I’ve already deleted the plugin and chose to erase all content and started over once.

    Anything else I can provide?

Thanks for the detailed information – that is really helpful! I would be keen to take a closer look if you wouldn’t mind giving me temporary WP Admin access? If so, please could you contact me privately via https://enigmaplugins.com/contact-support/

    Thanks,
    Maeve

I can’t contact you through there without paying $20, is that correct? I am unwilling to pay for Premium if your plugin doesn’t work at all. Please advise.

I have a lot of free plugins and the $20 on the pro plugin form helps to let users know they need to post on the free forum for free plugins, or if they want premium support they should buy pro version or pay a small amount for the privilege of accessing premium support services. That seems infinitely fair to me. Do you disagree? If so, I can only assume you’ve never been responsible for supporting a portfolio of 20+ plugins!

But back to your issue… As I have asked for you to contact me, I would not expect you to pay for support. Please just select ‘presales’ option on that support form to bypass the $20 section. Thanks

Okay, thanks, I’ve just done that. Hope we can get this to work and happy to pay for premium if it does!

You win… I’ve paid now. I’d like to get this going, thanks.
