    Hello!
My website having problems with Knowledge Graph & Shema.org. I don’t sell or make any other money on my website. Yoast prompts for the Person or Organization option. If I enter Person, I do not get access to Shema.org (Structured Data). That’s why I decided to organize.

    Organization in Germany stands for:
Banks, department stores, parties, choirs, schools, research institutes, old people’s homes, kindergartens, sports clubs, museums, hospitals, youth associations, etc.

When I include an image as the organization’s logo, Facebook and Google only show that one image. But I post a different picture for each post.

Other website owners who don’t use Yoast are not required to provide information about any person or organization. You have to understand, that This does not help to improve the SEO of my website at all, it just creates a mess.`

    Hi @cachegaagaa

One of the features in the Yoast SEO plugin is that it helps you output structured data for the pages on your website, which helps with the knowledge graph and a chance for it to output as a rich result in the SERP.

In order for the schema.org graph to output correctly, you need to configure a few settings, such as if the website is represented by a ‘person’ or an ‘organization’. Regardless of which option you choose (you should choose the option that fits best for that website), it will output the appropriate schema – https://yoast.com/help/search-appearance-organization-or-person/ & https://yoast.com/help/implementing-schema-with-yoast-seo/

The output of the schema.org structured data isn’t a direct factor in improving SEO, but it does help Google and the other search engines understand more about your website, and it helps with the eligibility of it outputting as a rich result (or as part of the knowledge graph), which helps it stand out in the search results from the other results, which then could contribute as a factor in your site getting more views or clicks (because it stands out as a rich result).

My website does not represent a museum, bank or hospital. If I choose Person, my side has only disadvantages from it. It is not true that search engines understand a website better based on this information. It only causes problems and confusion. Yoast has absolutely no right to force its users into these 2 categories. Yoast is a plugin that claims rights it doesn’t even have. Yoast has yet to prove the claim that my site benefits from using the plugin.
Sorry but until now, all what Yoast did was terrorizing its users with constant updates and deleting they custom settings.

    Best regards
