    Do you supply a wordpress knowledge base to set up?

    I’m afraid, I can’t get your query. What is WordPress Knowledge base?

    The Knowledgebase in NanoSupport is intended to supply Public information, while the Support Ticketing is Private. You can share your FAQ-type queries using the Knowledgebase, so that before submitting a ticket a Support Seeker can find their desired information, even being not a member of the Ticketing System.

    Most support platforms come with a built in root knowledge base for clients to work from and builds over time

    Do you have a root knowledge base for customers to work from? If not it looks unprofessional to start out with no guidance or knowledge base

    Got your point.
    We just released the first version of our plugin. A knowledgebase you are seeking is not currently available, I’m afraid.

    But we understand driving on unknown road, so we covered the very basic in many ways:

    1. How to Install the Plugin and start using it
    2. Frequently Asked Questions
    3. Lot more in details
    4. Our code is well commented
    5. And there are tooltips in most of the UI so that you can’t get lost

    But still we understand a need of more detailed Knowledgebase. As we are in a transition period of modifying our site, we cannot implement the feature just now. But when we’re finished, we will inshALLAH implement NanoSupport into our own site, and then we can easily use the Knowledgebase from NanoSupport. And then we will make a thorough guide to all our products inshALLAH.
