    Sorry for delay in replying, I didn’t get an email alert for this support ticket. Thank goodness for RSS ??

    Is your website visible from the Internet? KML files are not processed in the browser, Google’s servers download them and send rendering instructions back to the browser, so your KML file needs to be somewhere that Google can access it.

    Thank you for ur reply,in my case ,the front is nginx(WAN) forward request to apache(LAN) in the back,the web pages are in the apache.i downloaded the kml file from your website and did nothing change ,just put it in my apache for testing.And everyone can visit my website from internet ,also i have put mime type of kml in the httpd.conf.
    The klm is not working.any idea?
