klik rating stars without reload the whole page

    hello,
    i just installed this plugin to my ecom website..
    i want to ask is that possible if user click the stars rating and show the data without need to reload the whole page ? if yes would you please show me the way to do it.. thanks!

    Thanks for trying our plugin!

    Have you tried using “Lazy Load Reviews” option (see “Reviews Extensions” tab in the plugin’s settings)?

    yes i already tried..
    but the show more button is not working, on console it shows error 500..
    would you please help to explain why it’s like that and how to solve it ? thanks

    Most likely you have some caching plugin that cannot work with WordPress Nonces. It is a security feature to protect AJAX requests that load additional reviews from the database after you click on “Show more” button. Please try to disable page cache and check if it resolves the problem.

    sorry to say this but i tried to disable the cache plugin and enable lazy load review but error still occur..
    what else that i can try ?

    Well, you can try to provide a system report about your website (WooCommerce > Status > System status) and I will check what plugin(s) you have that might cause this issue.
