• I’ve installed Google Tag Manager for WordPress and it works great! This week I signed up for Klaviyo. It’s a email autoresponder, it tracks vistors through the site and records what a visitor has purchased (it can be seen in their profile in Klayvio). Klayvio is awesome, but when their plugin is active, conversions are no longer appearing in Google Analytics. Klaviyo seems to be blocking your plugin from sending data.

I already contacted Klaviyo, they looked at my Klaviyo-Woocommerce integration and just said it’s working great. They won’t go any further to determine why it’s blocking another plugin from working.

Do you have any idea how I can track down the problem and figure out how to prevent it from blocking your plugin?

And do you know if Active Campaign works with your plugin?

    Thanks

    Hi Melissa,

I haven’t used Klaviyo service before thus I can not tell you what could be the reason for this issue. Could you provide an URL where I can place a test order without using my bank card?

I am not aware of any issues regarding Active Campaign.

    Thomas,
Thank you for replying. I decided to install woocommerce’s Google Analytics Pro and everything is working fine going that way. I appreciate your response and your awesome plugin, for a quick fix I just went another route.

As far as Active Campaign, it may have been my error. So consider this matter closed.

    Thanks!
