Klaviyo Activation Erorr

  • Hi there,

    When I connect the Klaviyo app, it redirects me to a page to log in to Klaviyo.

    When I then log in, it re-directs me to a 404 page.

    Any ideas on how to fix it?

    Did you consider the response that was posted there?

    Yes, it was and I thought this forum might be more WordPress specific.

    SO I have gone through what was mentioned there and enabled the ‘Rest Legacy API’ and created a new ‘REST API’ key.

    After I did this, I was then able to access the Klaviyo login screen, however, when I login, it then takes me to a 404 page.

    I have located the ticket you entered in the Klaviyo ticketing system. Let us follow up there and if you could share a new video as result of the recent change.

    @attaindigital I received confirmation that the problem was solved in the internal Klaviyo ticket. Do you mind sharing with the community what was changed to allow the connection to Klaviyo to work?
