    Hello

    I have an issue with Klarna on mobile devices. It seems customers cannot checkout using Klarna on mobiles as payments do not go through and the following error displays “Oops something went wrong! Unfortunately there has been a technical error please use an alternative payment method.” This only seems to happen on mobile devices, it works on computers.

    Any ideas on how to resolve this please?

    Hi @yandoos,

    Login to your Stripe.com account and click Developers > Logs. What do the logs say for one of the Klarna payments that failed for a mobile device?

    The code in the plugin is no different between mobile or desktop.

    There are no fail logs in Stripe. I spoke with Stripe support and they say it’s not getting far enough to even be logged.

    I do have woocommerce logs though if that’s any good?
    I don’t think the woocommerce logs are showing failures either. :S

    Hi @yandoos,

    That error message would indicate the error is coming from the WordPress backend and not a client side error from Stripe. What do the WooCommerce logs say?

    The plugin makes no distinction between a mobile device or a desktop etc. Do you have a testing site where this can be re-created?
