When a customer use a coupon to get a free virtual product the order is set to pause, I guess since Klarna can’t verify the purchase since it’s not being made. When I manually try to set the order to completed the Klarna plugin automatically sets i to Pause again. And that will make my customer unable to download the product. Why is it like this? Anyone else having the same issue?

I can recreate this issue also. We will look into this further and respond with an update soon.

@web111se This seems to be an issue with that some WooCommerce functions don’t seem to run when the order has no value to it.

We will solve this as soon as possible. It should be solved in either the next release or the one after.

@web111se This has been solved in version 2.4.2 of the plugin that was just released. Hopefully that fixes your issue.

Sadly it does not solve things for orders that have already been placed. But any orders placed after 2.4.2 that has a value of 0 will work as intended now.
