    Hey guys,

    i have a problem with my online shop.
    After i select Klarna – choose the bank – log in – confirm the bank transfer code – im not getting directed to a new site or to what should come after i paid succesfully.

    When i test it, the money is getting withdrawed from my bank but in WooCommerce the Payment is still pending until the time is over and the money gets refunded from klarna back to the buyer.

    My Klarna Plugins are:
    – Klarna Order Management for WooCommerce 1.6.5
    – Klarna Payments for WooCommerce 2.2.0

    Other Plugins who are maybe also important:
    – Germanized for WooCommerce 3.3.6

    I updated everything, tried old backups because the problem occured in january but nothing what i try works. Other Payment-Methods are working.

    I appreciate your help very much!

    Edit: To make things more clearer. Normally after the payment, you get directed to a site where “Order succesfull” stands. This forwarding is also not working anymore. After you paid you are stuck in the order window and nothing happends for you. For me as shop owner i can only see “Payment pending”.

    Hi,

    In the scenario that you describe we can not see anything in our plugin as this is between Klarna and the bank. So my suggestion is that you reach out to Klarnas Merchant Support with this question as those are the only ones that might be able to see what is wrong.

    thanks for your answer! I edited the post because i think i wasnt clear enough what happened. The thing is, thats not the first time. Exactly this problem happened like 1 year ago and the solution was very simple but i dont remember and i cant use that old backup.

    Nevertheless im going to contact Klarnas support to see if they know anything ??
