    Hello,
    I found a problem with Klarna, this happened to us 2 times.

    Customer selects Klarna 14-day invoice in the CHECKOUT, this is forwarded to Klarna, the customer enters all the data there and then it is forwarded back to our site and it is selected IMMEDIATELY, after which the customer changes this back to 14 days … and that goes 3 times until the end of the customer confirmation that everything has worked. But we have 3 time pay via Klarna and 3 orders have also been received.

    Problem in Plugin? or. Which information or Logs you need?

    Thank you for contacting us. I am not sure I understand your explanation. Are you saying that after your customer selects the 14 day invoice and enters the information in the Klarna pop-up the order is not processing?

    Do you have a staging site where this behavior can be observed?

    Hello Dear Clayton,
    Yes, you understood me correctly, it doesn’t work twice and then it works. Unfortunately I don’t have a test site. How can I help you to solve this problem, is there a possibility to switch on a Log? Just tell me how I can help you.

    Hi @kamran1331,

    There isn’t a log entry that will point to what the issue is. Have you been able to re-create this yourself?

    I need the plugin in test mode so I can try and re-create what you’re describing. That’s why I inquired about a test site.

    Please reach out to me via the Help button located in the Stripe plugin settings pages. We have some options.

    Issue resolved. The merchant had a plugin that was triggering an exception that interfered with WooCommerce payment process.
