    I have an issue with Klarna Payments from Sweden. I can acceppt Klarna payments from Germany, but not from Sweden. They all fail and users go away. Some of them then try credit card, some work but many also fail. I have not too many customers from Sweden, but all have the same problem.

    I checked our documentation and Klarna should work on Sweden as mentioned here.

    So let’s investigate to figure out what is going on ??

    Do you know exactly what error message the customer gets when the payment fails?
    If you are able to provide a screenshot of it with us, that would be great.

    To confirm, the error they get is on the checkout page and the system does not create a order for it, correct?

    Furthermore, I’d like to understand your site properly. Please share with us the necessary information below for us to investigate the issue further:

    System Status Report which you can find via WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support.
    Fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs. Then you can use the selector to search for Fatal Errors.

    Hi, Sorry I couldn’t find all teh information yet but it seems that Klarna doesn’t include the shipping cost for some reason. With Credit Card payment it is no problem.

    No worries! If you are able to get it, it would be helpful to know exactly what error message they see ??

    While you try to get this info, I suggest enable debug mode? You can do that by going to WooCommerce > Settings > Payments > WooPayments > Advanced settings.

    With debug mode active, if the error happens again it might generate error logs that can be helpful in investigating this issue.

    For now, please share:
