Klarna payment options now showing in checkout, only for administrator

    HI

    Yes, suddenly the Klarna payment options are not showing anymore. When I am logged in as administrator I see it on the checkout page, but when I am logged in as a costomer it doesn’t show. Both for costomers that are logged in and those who are not.
    First I thought that it was an issue with Woocommerce but they don’t think so.
    Can you help me?

    Hi Christina @ihdumille,
    Klarna Payments requires a region/country to be selected in Woo checkout in order to display (as Klarna Payments is contracted per your Klarna merchant account based on availability by region so without region, there is not enough data to determine yet if Klarna Payments is applicable for the order).

    When testing your store’s checkout in a new browser incognito window, once the country / region is selected in the Woo checkout, Klarna Payments displays as expected.

    Likely when you are logged in as an administrator, your address data is prefilled and region is already selected when you get to the Woo checkout and thus Klarna Payments displays.

    Hopefully this resolves your issue, but if not, please let us know further details.
