Klarna payment failing

  • Hi,
    I am having a problem with payments through klarna, all fail.

    I can’t figure out what could be the cause. The payment method is active on stripe. When I try in test mode the payment is successful. I attach the screen of the problem.

    Should “Authorize” or “Capture” be put as the mode in the configuration?
    Currently there is authorize.

    Hi @raffaelescala

    The capture or authorize option should have no affect on the Klarna payment being completed.

    The failed authentication error occurs when the customer is unable to pay on the Klarna hosted payment page.

    Are you able to make a live mode Klarna payment to test the process?
