Klarna checkout error

Hi,
Customers reach out to us and say that when they make an order, they are not receiving any order confirmation. When we go in to Klarna the status is reserved/unconfirmed. The order is then not created in Woocommerce. There are customers every day now with this issue, do you what can be wrong?BR
