KiviCare Dashboard Blank

    Dear all,
    I’ve installed KiviCare Plugin as well as the PRO plugin.
    Unfortunately after a while during configuration the dashboard site leaves blank.
    Uninstalled and reinstalling was not successfull.
    The Problems began when trining to change the language.
    Is there anybody thet can help?

    I have same thing. I try many times to install and uninstall.
    And all happening the same time, when I try to update language.

    Hope quick solution.

    I found one solution for this issue.

    1. Go to MySql tabel
    2. go to “wp_options”
    3 find “is_kivicarepro_upgrade_lang”
    4. and change “option_value” 0
    5. save

    Hi there @margu163 i have done that as you instructed but i still get a blank dashboard.
