Kippis Birchware Theme has hijacked my site

  • After installing the birchware kippis theme, I cannot log into my wordpress site. Instead I get the error message:

    Fatal error: Call to undefined function wp_get_theme() in /home/b2bguy/public_html/wp-content/themes/kippis/functions.php on line 446

    Could someone please help
