Kind of "deep linking" possible !?

Hello, I was wondering if it is possible to link to the full calendar page and have it already filtered (through) a url parameter (or something else !) ?
For example, I’m on a page A that gives information about many things. I also have a category name A and events of that A category. On page A I have a link to the calendar page (the general calendar that includes all kinds of events from categories A, B, C and custom taxonomies term 1, 2, 3, and tags (tag1, tag2…) with filters on top of it.
Is there a way to pass a parameter so that when I click on this calendar link on page A I go to the general calendar page but with only activities from categories A displayed (ideally with the category filter activated for A). Same for page B and so on…
Any hints ?
