Kimili Flash Embed not working in header (Manifest theme)

I’ve had a Flash header that was working perfectly in the previous version of WordPress using the Kimili Flash Embed, but when I updated to WP 4.2.2 it started showing only the tag and the alternate content.

Here’s my code – any thoughts on what might be wrong and how to resolve it?
