KILLING THE SERVER MEMORY

  • This plugin is killing the memory on the server had huge issues with this, I would not recommend anyone to install it. We have our dedicated server with 8gb RAM and it was eating all of it. So if you want your site up and running choose another one.

    Obliviously there’s an conflict with your server environment, i suspect a missconfiguration on your php.
    For comparison, on a cheap hosting ($5/month) with a simple WordPress instance and few plugins ( akismet, cache plugin, contact form etc), it takes under 1% of processing time and require like 2-3% additonal memory.

    hmm, may you email ([email protected]) me and have a look why this happened? Unfortunately, we need to have de plugin disabled since it crashes the site and eats all memory.

    We have our own VPS and this happened while we installed your plugin.

    We don’t use:
    Akismet

    We do use:
    Cache plugin W3 total cache
    Contact form 7

    @tdgu can it conflict with apache (cpanel) configs such as mod security?
