    Hi there @f_un,

    I had a look at your account and I saw that the ago.kids domain was not yet verified; however, I re-ran the verification check and it just passed.

    This likely means that the email address on that domain was failing as the domain had not yet been verified, but but it seems it is passing the verification check now.

    Please try again with the sending email you wish to use, and if it still reports the error, can you please share a screenshot of where you are setting the email address, and the error that results?
