    Bummer – sorry to hear that. It sounds like you’re on the right track though. You might have to check with your host – or if you’re managing your own server or VPS… some quick googling suggests it might be file damage, file permissions, to even mysql configuration and file allocation. When you do figure it out it would be great to know what the fix was in case anyone else runs into the same thing. First time we’ve heard of this issue ourselves.

    Self hosted. File is missing. Trying to find structure to recreate it.
    Possibly removed from infection, just a guess.
