    Dear Keyy team,

    Very happy that you launched a surrogate for the much-loved Clef.

    However, I have not managed to activate Keyy on my website yet.
    When I scan the QR-code in my WordPress dashboard with my phone to register my website, the app tells me it is ‘waiting for a response from the server’. In the traffic log on my website I can see that my phone is connecting.

    Then nothing: the app is simply stuck on ‘waiting for a response.’
    When I try to login or logout using the QR-code on the login page, I get the error message ‘failed, please try again’.

    Any ideas on how to solve this? A setting on my website maybe? I have browsed the instructions and the forum, but I haven’t a clue.

    Sorry for the issues your having this could be REST related.

    Could you please use the “report a problem” feature in the app this will give us the log files.

    Hello Ashley, thanks for your quick reply.

    I would gladly send you the log-files but cannot, as I do not have an e-mail account on my phone.
    Any other way of getting them to you?

    On the current version no sadly, but the next version does.

    Without the logs it’s hard to say exactly what it is, would it be possible to get a test username and password to the site? or would you be interested and able to send an email connected to your apple account and I will invite you to get the 1.2.4 beta?

    If not my first guess at whats wrong would be a plugin blocking or disabling REST.
