  • Hi @alanyavipcom,

    Thanks for your comment.

You identified several issues and we’ve responded to them below.

    1. We understand that the Yoast meta box is loading as expected on the edit screen of posts and pages but that you’re unable to fill in a focus keyword. Can you please make sure the focus keyword analysis hasn’t been disabled site-wide or per user? This KB article explains how to check so.
    2. See comment above.
    3. There is no option in our plugin to prevent dates from showing up in the search results. Ultimately, Google decides whether or not a date is shown in the search result pages. Please, refer to this document for more information.
    4. Yoast SEO is expected to work fine with Visual Composer, i.e. the plugin should be able to detect focus keywords in a subheading created with Visual Composer. Please, make sure you’re running the latest version of both plugins: Yoast SEO v8.4 and Visual Composer Website Builder v2.12.
    5. The XML sitemap is a feature included in both the free and the premium Yoast SEO plugins. Can you please check whether it is enabled under “SEO > General > Features”? If it’s enabled and the problem persists, please review the most common XML sitemap errors on this link.
    6. See comment above.

If you still have problems regarding any of the aforementioned points, we’d appreciate it if you could create a separate topic for the relevant issue in the plugin forum. Our support team will review your issue and assist you further.

    Thanks!
