Keywords not showing & Support Not Responding

    Keywords are not showing in the pages and i already send 2 emails to support the first 1 week ago and nobody responded to me,

    Problem solved.

    I found out today the problems were related to using a wrong email account when creating a support ticket, the user apparently did not get my replies.

    The problem @central4allgmailcom had was the “Append Popular Keywords” did not show all the keywords as expected.

    It turns out the keywords were not shown because they were filtered out by the keywords entered in the settings page by the user. Once removed the keywords showed up.
