Keywords not showing in Alt text and Description

Not sure what I might be doing wrong but I do not see Keywords I have assigned in lightroom showing up in Alt text and Description in Media Library even though I believe have the WP/LR plugin set to do that. https://www.tolive10000years.com/wedding-ring/
