    Hello
Your Plugin outputs the description, the title, facebook rich meta and twitter rich meta in the head of my website. The problem is that the free version of your plugin allows me to add one keyword and I am ok with that but when I inspect the head I see everythin but the keyword meta data. This problem have always been there but I thought maybe in the new updates you will fix that but you didn’t so I decided to inform you.

The Plugin All in One Pack SEO gave us ultimate keywords field based on our choices or tags for free, so why you have the keywords so limited.

The meta keywords feature has been removed in Yoast SEO v6.3.?Meta keywords haven’t had any use for ages. As the web became more commercial, people started spamming this keywords element and search engines began ignoring it. In 2009, Google officially confirmed that they didn’t use them. We kept the feature up but now, after all these years, it is the time to say goodbye to the old meta keywords box in our plugin. Read?why we don’t use meta keywords and why you shouldn’t either for further information on the topic.

Oh Thank you for this informations and can you tell me then why I can’t find the focus keyword in the meta tags in the head. I know that you let us write one focus word in the free version but when that word dose not appear in the head.

    Hi,

The meta keywords outputted that meta tag. Since they are no longer in use, the plugin does not output any kind of meta tag for keywords. Instead, Yoast asks you to optimize a post around a specific focus keyword. This is because Google has gotten very good at scanning pages and understanding what the keyword is (so no specific tag is needed).
