    Hello @vikasbobi

Thank you for contacting the support.

You can follow this screencast to fix that issue:
    https://i.rankmath.com/MGMTj2

Also, you can follow the following guide to reach 100:
    https://rankmath.com/kb/score-100-in-tests/

But please stay advised that these tests are just guidelines and one does not need to follow them religiously.

At the end of the day, the content needs to be written for the readers and not for the search engines.

Scoring higher points in Rank Math’s tests won’t guarantee higher rankings.

While we are at it, I highly recommend going through the following guides to set up the plugin completely and correctly:

    and

Hope that helps. If there’s anything else we can help you with, please let us know. We are here to assist.

    Hi@Rank math,
Performed as suggested clearing of SEO Analyzer cache but it didn’t helped.

Strange is that the title, description & focus keyword r present (displayed) in admin panel but when I press edit then in editor all 3 r non active or can say not updated. To make them work or display again, I need to make some change in title + description (some bug as without it they r not displayed) & upgrade again. But as u can see same situation repeats again if I press edit. I think the due to some reason plugin is not saving the details.

    Thanks

    Hello @vikasbobi

Sorry for the issue you are facing.

Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:
    https://rankmath.com/kb/check-plugin-conflicts/

Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.

    Looking forward to helping you.

    Hi@Rank math,
Performed as suggested checked is there any conflict with any other plugin but to me it showed that its some problem within Rank math. As u can check in attached links that only default theme & plugin Rank math is activated (all other plugins & even page builder elementor is disabled). All the way result is same, focus keywords, title & description tags r at their place of home page but still discussed warning of focus keyword during SEO analysis.

    Hello @vikasbobi

    Sorry for all the confusion.

In that test, in particular, the plugin tests if any of the common keyword(s) is present in the Title & Description tag of the page.

Can you please try adding one of the common keywords and then test?

Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.

    Hi@Rank math,
Performed as suggested @can you please try adding one of the common keywords and then test?.

As u can see even during troubleshoot mode with activation of just Rankmath plugin, with only 1 common keyword which is in title & description the warning issue is still there.

    1) Now it shows that the front page got 2 H1 tags
1 is page title & 2nd is real h1 tag included in page. https://prnt.sc/td76pz

    2) SEO Title for site is now combination of Front page title + site title & its exceeding recommended symbols. https://prnt.sc/td78h9 = https://prnt.sc/td78wf + https://prnt.sc/td799x

Now I realy don’t know how to solve these new problems+ the old one is still unsolved…

    hi,
ur silence shows that this problem with keyword was known to you, be mature & declare than as before was getting response within hrs but now more than a whole day passed no answer(((

    (@rankmath)

    Hello @vikasbobi

SEO Analysis is correctly showing all the results.

    1) Now it shows that the front page got 2 H1 tags
    – Your site’s homepage has 2 titles, 1 is the page title & the other is the heading tag you added in the content. It is recommended to have only 1 h1 tag ( page title ):
    https://i.rankmath.com/1TxcvZ

    2) SEO Title for the site is now a combination of Frontpage title + site title & its exceeding recommended symbols
    – SEO Title & Page title are 2 different things. SEO Analysis shows the length of the title which is in the <title> tag. It looks like you’ve set Page title to %title% %sep% %sitename%. You can simply use %title% to prevent the length from exceeding the recommended length.

    3) Keyword test fails:
Common keywords and Focus Keywords are 2 different things. Common keywords are the keywords that you’ve used on the page more than 3 times. Rank Math looks for this Common keywords after removing the stopwords. Your homepage does not have any common keywords and that is the reason the Keyword test is failing. You will see the list of Common keywords in SEO Analysis >> Basic SEO >> Common Keywords.

We hope that helps. If there’s anything else we can help you with, please let us know. We are here to assist.

    Thank you.

    Hi@rankmath,
for 1st 2 points I agree with u & thanks for explaination but
    1) what about Keywords in Title & Description in seo analysis (it was the main problem & starting topic) https://prnt.sc/teitge I had already performed health check with default theme & only activated plugin was rankmath means no issue of plugin or theme conflict, flushed plugin cache, wrote title, description & 1 focus keyword + title & description includeds focus keyword but result was same.
Even if this parameter represents common keyword no focus keyword then also according to u <Common keywords are the keywords that you’ve used on the page more than 3 times> in my case focus keyword = common keyword as Im using it 4 times (more than 3) https://prnt.sc/teizyo but again same result. https://share.getcloudapp.com/yAuYBz9A

    2) Why there is no keyword in any page at front end (using extention SEO Meta in 1 click to check) for example front page which contains focus keyword 4 times https://prnt.sc/tej3jy

    Thanks

    Plugin Author Rank Math SEO

    (@rankmath)

    Hello @vikasbobi

    1) From your screenshot it’s not clear which Focus keyword you are using in the content. Also, the screenshot you provided is it of the Homepage? Rank Math looks for the Common keywords on the homepage.

    2) The extension looks for the keyword meta tag on the page. Google does not honor that tag anymore and dropped that long back. You can read the post here:
    https://webmasters.googleblog.com/2009/09/google-does-not-use-keywords-meta-tag.html

With that said, if you still want to show the tag, you can add the following filter to your theme’s functions.php file:
    https://rankmath.com/kb/filters-hooks-api-developer/#10-filter-to-add-the-keywords-meta-tag

    Hope that helps. Thank you.

    Hi,

Yes the screenshots r of home page & the focus keyword is https://prnt.sc/ter8j4 same as common keyword as its repeating in content 4 times according to Addition section of rankmath plugin https://prnt.sc/terae8 or https://prnt.sc/terd8d (the last 5th is in footer means only 4 times the keyword surgical instruments is in content. But even after it, its not showing as common keyword & I’m getting failed test of Keywords in Title & Description during SEO analysis.

    Thanks
