    Hi
I have had a scan done of my site & the top keywords identified are ‘cookie’ ‘consent’ ‘GDPR’ which come from the plugin. How do I turn that off? A developer installed it, would upgrading to premium help or what are my alternatives. On another point does this affect Google Analytics at all?

    Any help gratefully received

    Thank You

    Hi @paulo55,

    Greeting from Webtoffee!

Since the cookie banner, privacy policy page, etc includes the repeated usage of words like consent, cookie, policy, gdpr, etc, a keyword lookup will rank them as high. Unfortunately, there is no direct solution for this but some workarounds.

You can modify the policy wordings and reduce the usage count.

This is exactly why I came here. In some of my articles, these words outrank my target keywords.
It Will be ideal if the dev can find a solution to it – maybe make those words only human-readable and not computer-readable

    Hi @dannyogolo,

Thanks for the feedback. We will work on some resolution keeping these in mind.
