Keyword, Title, Desc. fields won't save on home page

    WordPress SEO 1.4.19
    WordPress 3.7.1
    PHP 5.3.27

    The keyword, title, and description fields won’t stick when saving the home page only. After clicking update, I get the normal “Page updated” notice but the SEO fields do not update. All other pages save successfully. This is on a multi-site install and the plugin is activated on individual sites (not network activated). I’m wondering if this is a plugin bug. Is there anything I can try to fix this? I tried the latest plugin version on Github but it threw a fatal error when I tried activating it.
