Yes. You can use Ivory Search plugin.
Create a Search Form specific to Job Openings (awsm_job_openings) and copy the shortcode and paste it above our shortcode in the Job listing page.

Can you please explain the exact issue you are facing?
Did you add the shortcode for Ivory Search above our plugin’s shortcode? If yes, does the search box is appearing on the job listing page? If yes, does the search functionality is working?

It is a CSS conflict with your theme. Please add the below CSS code to the Additional CSS field in Theme Customizer.

.awsm-grid-item .awsm-job-item {
margin-bottom: 30px !important;
}
