Keyword & Location Search are links to WP Adverts website

Whenever someone tries to do a “keyword” or “location” search on the provided page, this is the link it refers them to just by typing anything into the field: <a href="https://wpadverts.com/documentation/creating-ads-list-adverts_list/">
</a>

I’m not sure where to even begin to troubleshoot this sudden behavior.
