Hi i have a doubt about keyword.

I use the plugin Yoast and puted some word in the keyword place, and i looked my html code and I try to found <meta name=”keyword”> or something like, and I didn’t found, so my question is: how google knows wich keyword I am using?

    I found this:

“Google bots “read” your content, and consider everything, including your title tag, H1 – H6 tag, outbound links, incoming links, rel tags (i.e. nofollow, canonical, etc.)

Google bots are getting smarter, as they can now make sense of the meaning of words by “understanding” the context of the article.”

    this still function, worth ?

The focus keywords are not meant to output in the page source. There is a difference between the focus keywords and meta keywords. Please, refer to our this guide that explain this more clearly.

On the other hand, Google is smart and becoming more smarter every day now. This means what you said is true. You should focus writing your content in a more natural way for visitors that everyone finds helpful.
