Keys Not Verifying

Hello. I cannot seem to get this plugin to work on our website. I tested it on a local dev server where the domin was localhost and had no problems with it whatsoever. The keys would verify just fine from the dashboard and the actual plugin would work from the login page.

However, when I attempt it using the actual website, I do not have such luck. I placed the site and secret key in on the dashboard, click test keys, click on “I’m not a robot” which creates the check mark but when I click “Test Verification”, I get nothing back. No “Verification is successfully completed” like I did for the localhost key. I do not even get a failed response back, it just resets.

Only difference between my dev server and the actual website is the site name so it isn’t a plugin or theme that is not allowing it to verify from what I can gather. Just to be sure I disabled all plugins and changed the theme to Twenty Fifteen and got the same error. Any ideas?
