Keyphrase density

I have signed up for the Premium version. I entered a 5 word keyphrase into the focus keyphrase. I am getting “The focus keyphrase was found 58 times. That’s way more than the recommended maximum of 30 times for a text of this length.”

I put the phrase in quotations and it changed to “The focus keyphrase was found 4 times. That’s less than the recommended minimum of 8 times for a text of this length.”

A couple questions:
1. I am confused on whether I should be using the text in quotations or not since I get drastically different results.

2. When I click on Highlight this Result, nothing shows in the content. I am using Classic Editor, but not using a page builder. Is there something I can try so it works? I believe I used highlights before I upgraded to Premium, but it’s been a while since I edited content.
