If the customer provides me with tins and brands, where should I put them?

Here you find an easy to understand video about the GTIN and Identifier_exist = no

There are several ways you can include GTIN, Brand, and other fields.
We do have a little helper plugin you could use that will help you.

Click the green “clone or download” button and then select download zip.
Then just install the zipped file like you would normally install a plugin

Than you will find additional product identifier fields with your products. Fill in what you need for each product.

Then you will find that information back in the source dropdown in the feed editor.

That will make me understand what you are experiencing much more easy.

Have you installed the little plugin?
Have you given at least one product a GTIN and Brand?

Did you use the brand field that you got with installing the little helper plugin i have given you the url from?

If you use that plugin you will find the brand field under _wpmr_brand.
All the fields in that plugin will be starting with _wpmr_

But you will need to give it a value.

hello, before the plugin wasn’t installed, and now you do. In both cases, neither the “brand” field nor any field starting with “_wpmr_” appears.

Make sure at least one product contains entries in the fields you find in your product editor.

Make a screenshot of the settings in the product editor.

what would the product editor be? Do you mean the page where I edit a single product? It’s very long, on which side should I take the screenshot?

I want to see an edited brand field.
Show me a screenshot of the field on the page where you have entered the brand for that sinlge product.

1. use the plugin i have given you the link for
2. give one product a brand in the brand field that will be added in the “product editor” by the plugin.
3. select the _wpmr_brand field in the feed editor.

It will certainly work. Els your doing something wrong and do not follow the steps i ask you to follow.
