Keyboard Commands Not Working in Classic Editor

  • I am new to WP. I am using JAWS 2019, Firefox and the latest WP version. I have added the “Classic Editor” plug-in. However, some buttons like cntrl+b, alt+shift+m and others do not work while in the post creation text body area. Other keyboard commands like cntrl+k do work, though. I haven’t tried every button, so this isn’t a complete list of the commands that do or do not work. Is there something special I need to do to get these keyboard commands working? More generally, what’s the most accessible why to make a post? Where can I read about this issue?
