Keyboard accessibility

I purchased and installed Responsive Tabs with accordions and created tabs on many pages on two websites, but when I try to use keyboard commands to navigate on the page, I’m not able to go from tab to tab on the page. On your website it says that it is accessible with keyboard commands, so I’m not sure why it isn’t working for me.

Then on one of the pages with tabs (the one I entered above) I also needed accordions, so I downloaded Shortcode Addons and created accordions, but I can’t access those with keyboard commands either.

I’m really hoping you can help me. I really like the Responsive Tabs with Accordions, but if I can’t use the keyboard to access then it doesn’t meet WCAG 2.0 requirements and I won’t be able to use it.
