Key working on another site…

    Recently migrated my WordPress site to a new hosting provider and WordPress instance.

    Since the move, I’m unable to re-activate my Legacy Mailpoet Sending Service key at the website’s new location.

    I receive the following error:

    Your key is not valid
    Your MailPoet Sending Service key is already used on another site
    Your key is not valid for MailPoet Premium

    If I try to reset my description domain, I receive the following error
    “You cannot change the domain on an account in process of cancelling.”

    Can anyone advise how to resolve?
