    My monthly newsletter stopped sending? I noticed that the mail from october was send but the mail from November won’t send. I get the next log: key-validation.failed

    ?I noticed the following line in the logs:

    This error alerts that the MailPoet Premium plugin is not installed.?

    The Starter plan doesn’t give you access to the Premium features of the MailPoet plugin, including access to the Premium plugin.
    ?
    But you should still send out your emails, create newsletters, etc. successfully. Were you able to send Newsletters with these logs displayed, or it stopped exactly when you noticed these? If yes, can you contact us via email to look into this further?
