    hello, I have purchased the premium licence (the key) a couple of month ago for our webshop. Now installed the update and the key does not work anymore. All the functionalities (sorting etc) do not work anymore. I have deleted the key and installed it again but no success. What can I do? I need a solution very urgently because we use the galleries to present all the work and products to our customers. My ticket-id is 3282. Thank you very much.

    please login to the client member place section and re-download latest version of the gallery key plugin. You can login to the member place section here: https://robosoft.co/clients/

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the developer directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

    As the developer is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
