kError code when trying to add historical data Jetpac

    Hello,

    I really would love to add my historical stats data from Jetpack, so I was delighted to see that option now. However, I get the following message. I used the Api Key as provided, and it also happens when I try to import 1 day only.

    “An error occurred trying to import your statistics. Received non-JSON response from WordPress.com API:Error: api_key does not belong to an administrator of blogRequired parameters: api_key, blog_id or blog_uri.Optional parameters: table, post_id, end, days, limit, summarize.Parameters:api_key String A secret unique to your WordPress.com user account.blog_id Integer The number that identifies your blog. Find it in other stats URLs.blog_uri String The full URL to the root directory of your blog.     Hi @noseknowsnonotes,

    This error indicates that your API key is not correct or at least not correct for the provided blog URL. Do you by any chance have multiple WordPress.com accounts and are you sure you’re getting the API key for the account that has the blog URL you’re providing in our Jetpack Importer form?

    It could also indicate an issue with the blog URL, so please also make sure you’re providing the blog URL that is known to WordPress.com: https://dashboard.wordpress.com/wp-admin/index.php?page=my-blogs

    My bad, the key was correct, but I forgot I had Jetpack/stats moved to a backup blog, when I moved away from WordPress, so the URL was incorrect.

    Glad that’s sorted @noseknowsnonotes. We’ll start linking to the page above from the Jetpack Import settings page so that it’s easier to check what one’s url is.
