Kept logging me out

  • I am setting up a new website. I installed this theme, activated it and boom it logged me out. Everytime I logged back in, I could see the wordpress dashboard but as soon as I tried to do anything, I was logged out.

    I had to edit the SQL database to disable this theme. As soon as I disabled and enabled another theme. The problem went away. Could be a clash with a plugin but problem occurred as soon as I enabled this theme (Podcaster Secondline)

    Hosted by Godaddy, Managed WordPress 5.4.2, plugins installed
    Akismet (not active v4.1.6)
    CoBlocks (active v2.1.0)
    Gravity Forms (not active v2.4.18)
    Registered Users Only (active v1.1.0 could be the real culprit)
    Sucuri Security (active v1.8.24)
    WP101 Video Tutorials (active v0.3)
    Yoast SEO (active v14.6.1)

    Sorry to hear about this issue.

    Which PHP version do you currently have installed on your server?
    Also, could you please try to deactivate all plugins and activate the theme? It could very much be a conflict with one of the active plugins.

    Do you get any error messages or see anything in your PHP error log? (should be available via GoDaddy)
