Kento Removes Certain WordPress Features

I have noticed and tried to debug the problem, but I have discovered that Kento Ad Rotator is causing WordPress to lose its Insert Image function. It also makes some of the most popular plugins used, tabs go away. Content Aware Sliders.
Not sure what to do, I really want to use Kento Ad Rotator.
