Keeps reverting to static page

I would like posts to appear on my home page and the news page
Posts appear ok on this page:
https://horse.practicalhorsegenetics.com.au/wpr/However, no posts appear on the news page:
https://horse.practicalhorsegenetics.com.au/wpr/news/And if I click Home, no posts appear there either
https://horse.practicalhorsegenetics.com.au/wpr/home/it is getting very frustrating, it should not be this difficult!
