Keeps getting better

  • Excellent plugin for building any kind of knowledge repository; easy to create and organize content by topics and categories, allows for comments, and easy updating; simple things like adding a print button at the top of each article are great; well-documented; really fast turn-around when I needed help; highly recommended!

    Update: I had some issues recently when attempting to migrate our Echo KB after we changed our hosting service – thankfully, again, Echo’s tech support team was super responsive and helped us perform the migration successfully – they also keep adding new features and functionality, and we look forward to growing right along with them!
