    We doubt it is due to some conflict, so we might first need to confirm if that is the case. For the troubleshooting, can you please install and activate this plugin Health Check & Troubleshooting? It is a plugin maintained by the WordPress community in order to diagnose such issues. Also, it won’t affect your live site, so you can check it out.
