    Hi there,

    Thanks for reaching out.

    It’s likely the site size calculation process was killed. You can restart the process by deactivating/reactivating the plugin.

    We’ll look at way to enhance this in future.

    It keeps calculating even after the activation.

    Then I suspect the process is continually being killed.

    Could you email your host and ask them if they have a maximum PHP script timeout? Or CPU timeout?

    It is on my dedicated computer running win server 2012, default settings.
    Are there guidelines to verify and set this on a win server?

    i have the same problem. i have the size of the files but not th folders.

    Before i can not also make the backup, now with more PHP script timeout i can, but remain the problem of size calculation

    The problems are in wp multisite.

    The backup is 154 MB and it′s correct ( at least looks like)

    I think it′s the buffer of my server. could be?
